Et si vous vous accordiez du temps ?

Nous vous proposons un stage bien-être composé de plusieurs modules indépendants tout au long de la saison, animé par Caroline Subtil.

Le premier module s’appelle « super zen » ou comment apprendre à se relaxer en toute autonomie : comprendre le système nerveux, la physiologie, le langage du corps, le lien corps-esprit… tout en pratiquant des étirements, postures, mouvements doux, respiration, méditation. Un accompagnement complet pour devenir super zen !

Rendez-vous les samedis 25 novembre, 2 décembre et 9 décembre, de 10h à 12h.
